RETURNS POLICY

   

At LDC Falcon LTD, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Returns

Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


Process:

Contact Us:

  • Before returning any item, please contact our Customer Service team at info@ldc4training.co.uk to confirm if you are eligible for a refund/exchange.


Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for paying the postage costs for returning items.
  • Ensure that the returned item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Inspection and Approval:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.


Refunds

Approval:

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Please contact us before returning the item to confirm if we can accept the return.


Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at 01283 545900


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@ldc4training.co.uk to arrange the exchange.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

GENERAL TERMS

Pricing and Payment Policy

At LDC Falcon LTD we strive to ensure all prices on our website are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the option to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be treated as cancelled. Should you choose to cancel, and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.


Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of placing the order, not at the time of dispatch.
  • You will be notified if any goods are out of stock and offered an alternative item if applicable. We can also make a special order on your behalf from our suppliers (subject to supplier availability) or provide a full refund if you do not wish to receive an alternative item or place a special order, or if the item is no longer available.


Order Confirmation and Dispatch

  • You will receive a confirmation email for all orders placed.
  • Once processed, orders are dispatched within three working days and will require a signature upon delivery.
  • Our courier company operates a tracking system. You will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched, which will include tracking information and an estimated delivery date and time.
  • Please ensure all your details are correct on your confirmation email and contact us immediately if there are any errors.


Shipping

  • Our standard delivery charges for shipping to addresses in the UK are calculated based on the weight of the items purchased. The cost will be displayed at checkout.
  • The maximum delivery charge within the UK is £14.
  • We can deliver to other locations; please contact us prior to placing your order to obtain a shipping quote for your desired location.


Payment Methods

  • We accept online payments by credit card or debit card.
  • Payment can also be made over the phone using a card or via cash in our showroom.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

All new motorcycles sold are subject to a either a 12-month or 24-month warranty unless otherwise stated in the advert. In the unlikely event that you need to make a claim please contact us on 01283 545900 or by email at falconbikes@outlook.com, we reserve the right to have goods inspected.  Faulty goods can be taken to our shop or returned directly to our showroom. Please report any faults immediately to us and we will advise you on your best course of action. All used motorcycles are sold with a 28 day mechanical warranty.
